Following an initial meeting to take your instructions we will act as the point of contact in your purchase. We will deal with the seller’s Solicitor, any Mortgage provider and any Estate Agent. We will review all the legal documentation, advise you and raise enquiries with the seller. We will aim to progress the matter through to a its conclusion as quickly as possible before dealing with the final steps of registering your ownership and discharging any Stamp Duty payable. Throughout the matter we will ensure that you are kept informed and we will ensure a qualified Solicitor is available to answer any queries you have.
Following an initial meeting to take your instructions we will act as the point of contact in your sale. We will deal with the buyer’s Solicitor, any Mortgagee and any Estate Agent. We will prepare the Contract pack and send this to the buyer’s Solicitor for review. We will liaise with the buyer’s Solicitor and you to answer any enquiries raised. Once the matter has completed we will forward the relevant documents to the buyer’s solicitor, redeem any mortgages and discharge any outstanding Estate Agent’s fees before accounting to you for the net sale proceeds. Once we have taken your instructions we will liaise with your existing mortgage provider and the new provider to ensure that the Remortgage is dealt with as quickly as possible. Once the matter has completed we will deal with the removal of the existing lender’s charge and register the new lender’s charge over the property at HM Land Registry. Throughout the matter we will ensure that you are kept informed and we will ensure a qualified Solicitor is available to answer any queries you have.
